Key Responsibilities Support the coverage and development of relationships with Korean Institutional Investors and Financial Institutions Assist in marketing the firm's products and services Communicate market updates, investment ideas, and research content to clients Work closely with research analysts, traders, syndicate, and product specialists to support client engagement Help identify new business opportunities and support client onboarding efforts Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows and client events Monitor market developments and maintain regular communication with clients Assist with trade execution and internal coordination processes Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Institutional sales, capital markets, research, trading support or financial services Strong interest in global financial markets and investment products Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written) as incumbent would need to liaise with clients Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with good analytical abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
