Clinical Nurse / Private Nursing

Job Description: Conduct home visits and nursing assessment Perform nursing procedures and assessment. Triage clinical conditions and respond in a timely manner. Develop and implement patient care plans as part of a team. Manage and monitor a patient's needs. ADLs Maintain proper documentation. Assisting the Doctor as needed. Provide Caregiver Training Conduct peritoneal dialysis training in hospitals and at home. Call centre manning. Requirements: Candidates are required to travel to the relevant locations as needed. Diploma or degree in Nursing. Singaporean/PR SN onwards At least 1 - 2 years working experience in acute hospitals. Registered with Singapore Nursing Board. Prior experience with dialysis machine operation is a bonus, but not necessary. Terms: Training will be provided. 44 hours work week. 13th Month
