Implementation Consultant

Role Description Step into a role that promises exponential growth —where your current technical skillset will evolve rapidly through real-world exposure to implementing cybersecurity tools , providing our client a working solution. This position is a post-sales implementation role . You may involve handling a complete full cycle of implementation, or contributing to only specific phases, based on business needs and individual capability. Apart from implementation of enterprise Cybersecurity product, you are expected to assist Principal Consultant or Director in performing Security Assessment, preparing customer for Cybersecurity Audit or even develop solution to manage customers' gaps in data protection or any other Cybersecurity defence. Candidates with substantial experience may be considered for a Senior or Principal designation, where they can learn how to mentor junior team members and oversee solution delivery to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction. This role is a key part of our delivery team, contributing to the consistent provision of high-quality outcomes and serving as a trusted advisor to our clients. Background We are seeking a committed, analytical and adaptable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is either an experienced infrastructure Engineer that has experience in deploying Enterprise product or a seasoned Information Technology (IT) professional looking for opportunity to expose to cybersecurity tools and build up Cybersecurity Consulting experience . The successful candidate should be someone able to demonstrate a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude and strong analytical troubleshooting capabilities . Given the emerging nature of the security technologies we are working with, the role requires a willingness to learn and adapt to new products within a compressed timeframe. Given our business focus, we are only able to consider applications from Singaporean or Permanent Resident. Due to projects with China and our Chinese suppliers, we might need some ability in understanding or speaking Chinese other than English. Qualification 1. Singaporean or Permanent Resident with ITE, Diploma or Degree in IT or Computer Science. 2. 2 to 4 years’ experience in implementation experience of enterprise product. 3. Candidate with prior experience in the following products are preferred: a. Symantec/Trellix/Skyhigh/Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution or equivalent b. Symantec/Trellix Endpoint Protection (SEP) solution or equivalent c. Carbon Black EDR or Application Control or equivalent 4. Some experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure administration is preferred. 5. Good troubleshooting skill in TCPIP, Internetworking, Firewall, OS such as MS Windows, Linux, SUN Solaris, AIX. 6. Technical experience in Microsoft Windows, Linux or UNIX hardening will be an added advantage. 7. Good interpersonal communication skill. 8. Able to speak both Mandarin and English fluently (for our Chinese customers/suppliers). 9. Passionate about achieving customer satisfaction. 10. Passionate about learning new technology. 11. Ability to pick up new technology with computer-based training within short-timeframe. 12. Able to travel within South-East Asia. 13. IT products certification is an added advantage. 14. Must be able to work without supervision. Duties 1. As a member of project team to a. Provide support to senior in Assess and Design Workshop for customers b. Carry out installation and configuration of the Cybersecurity product c. Conduct OS hardening according to Security Configuration Standard such as CIS benchmark d. Conduct SIT, UAT, SSAT and OAT e. Create documentation using Microsoft Words or Excel f. Develop presentation slides using Microsoft PowerPoint 2. To support Security Operation team as and when needed 3. Attend training to get certified for selected enterprise products
