Job Summary You will engage with clients to resolve queries, maintain accurate records, build strong business relationships, and support sales and promotional activities, including on-site visits and event support during irregular hours. Responsibilities Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their needs and inquiries Identify and resolve client queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client communications and information Build and sustain long-term business relationships with clients to support company growth Respond professionally and timely to client questions and requests Provide clients with relevant information about company products and services to support informed decisions Identify potential clients and present promotional and marketing offers to generate sales opportunities Conduct on-site sales visits to engage clients and close sales Support event operations by working long hours during weekends, holidays, and after-office hours as needed
