Manufacturing Associate (Food Production)

Location: Pandan Loop, Singapore Employment Type: Full-time Eligibility: Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only About the Role Co+Nut+Ink is looking for a dedicated and hands-on Manufacturing Associate to join our central kitchen team. You will be responsible for supporting the daily production of our signature ice cream, desserts and beverage ingredients while ensuring smooth factory operations and maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process ice cream, desserts, and beverage ingredients in accordance with established SOPs. Support the day-to-day operations of the central kitchen to ensure efficient production. Verify incoming stock deliveries and assist with inventory management. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and sanitizing equipment and workspaces. Ensure the workplace remains neat, clean, and compliant with food safety and hygiene standards. Perform other production and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Secondary school education, GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, SPM, or equivalent. Experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen, bakery, or F&B production is an advantage but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who are willing to learn. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Good attention to detail. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of food hygiene.
