Procurement Specialist

Job Description: We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Procurement Specialist to work on projects on site with a client. Key Responsibilities: Manage the End-to-End Source to Pay process for the Procurement categories (Direct/MRO/Indirect) as assigned and ensuring zero stock out of materials. Responsible for negotiating strategic pricing and contractual arrangements for supply. Responsible for the Operational sourcing and procurement activities for the assigned categories in compliance with industry procedures and standards. Collaborate with Quality compliance team on Quality related Supplier complaints and ensure suppliers follow up timely on the investigation report, resolution as well as implementation of corrective and preventive measures. Lead the Local Business Review meetings and Annual Supplier Relationship meetings with Key suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigating any supply risk and gaps. Ensure all Procurement activities are in compliance to guidelines as well as not in violation to any regulatory or cGMP requirements. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Purchasing, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field of study. Certified C.P.M. or CPIM a plus. Experience in sourcing and procuring GMP/MRO/Indirect materials with Strong negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities. Great team player. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop close working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts at all levels What’s In It for You?
