Job Summary Responsible for leading the design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning of Instrumentation & Control (I&C) and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems across large-scale projects from tender stage through final client acceptance. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of ELV systems throughout the project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Design control systems, instrumentation, cabling, and cable support systems for industrial facilities, process plants, and commercial buildings. Design life safety systems, including Public Address (PA), Access Control, CCTV, Gas Detection, and Fire Alarm systems. Develop Information Technology(IT) cabling systems and supporting infrastructure. Prepare and develop P&IDs, Instrument Lists, I/O Lists, Sequence of Operations, Logic Diagrams, and Cause& Effect Matrices. Manage ELV work packages and ensure delivery in line with project milestones. Coordinate ELV supervisors and multi disciplinary project stakeholders. Conduct technical evaluations of vendor submissions and approve shop drawings. Develop testing and commissioning procedures and manage subcontractors during commissioning activities. Guide engineers and designer sin preparing cable routing plans, wiring diagrams, schedules, and control system schematics. Qualifications& Experience Degree in Instrumentation &Controls Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering design and construction. Experience in design, installation, programming, and commissioning process and building control systems. Hands-on experience with ELV systems, including Fire Alarm, Security Systems, and IT/Data Networks. Experience in advanced technology facilities, life sciences, chemical, energy, and high-tech infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of construction management and project execution. Technical Competencies Strong knowledge of Instrumentation & Control engineering principles. Experience with process automation and industrial control systems. Proficiency in engineering documentation, schematics, and technical drawings. Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and system integration practices.
