Senior Quantity Surveyor

Assist Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Manager / with all daily commercial operations. Assist with Cost and Budget Reporting. Assist with resolving contractual and commercial problems. Attend to all relevant contract admin & documentation for the project. Ensure that all stakeholders, such as administration, operations, and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations and reflecting them accurately. RFQ procedures with subcontractors and suppliers for pre and post-contract stages. Progress Claims with Client and/or subcontractors & suppliers. Supporting in Variation and Claim procedures. Ad hoc duties as determined by management. JobRequirements: Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Sciences /Engineering. Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience. Experience in the field of engineering and construction. Preferably with experience in Data Centre, hospital, heavy industrial and other mission critical complex projects, or EPC contracts.
