Civil & Structural Engineer/Senior Civil & Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities Manage the design and construction of concrete, steel, and precast structural systems for industrial projects. Responsible for the design, tendering, and construction management of Civil &Structural works for industrial facility projects. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project deliverables, and ensuring compliance with local authority requirements. Support project delivery within budget, schedule, and quality requirements. Prepare, issue, and evaluate tender packages and subcontract documentation. Coordinate with Architectural, Process, Mechanical, Electrical, and Quantity Surveying teams. Resolve design-related site issues and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Civil & Structural engineers. Ensure timely submissions and approvals from local authorities. Stay updated with industry best practices and engineering trends. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is advantageous). Experience in industrial building projects, including reinforced concrete, steel, precast structures, and long-span roof trusses. Knowledge of piling, substructure, and superstructure works. Experience in tendering, detailed design, shop drawing reviews, and multidisciplinary project coordination. Familiarity with local authority submission requirements and international codes is an advantage. ·Willingness to travel when required. Technical Skills Proficient in structural design software such as STAAD. Pro, Prokon, Orion, or equivalent tools. Strong understanding of Civil & Structural engineering principles and construction methodologies.
