About the Role We are seeking an experienced Resident Service Engineer to support mission-critical data center cooling systems across Singapore Malaysia and Thailand. This is a customer-facing role responsible for servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning support, and ensuring the reliable performance of critical cooling equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and regional engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical support and maintain operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on data center cooling equipment. Diagnose and resolve technical faults related to AHUs, CRAH, CRAC, and associated HVAC systems. Provide emergency breakdown support and root cause analysis. Conduct equipment inspections and system health checks. Support commissioning, installation verification, testing, and validation activities. Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation. Maintain warranty records and equipment service history. Recommend system improvements and reliability enhancements. Collaborate with regional engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues. Build strong customer relationships through responsive and professional technical support. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at customer sites. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 10–15 years of experience in HVAC, precision cooling, or mission-critical cooling systems. Hands-on experience with Air Handling Units (AHUs), CRAH, CRAC, chillers, or similar cooling technologies. Experience in preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning. Strong customer-facing and technical problem-solving skills. Experience supporting data centers or other critical infrastructure environments is highly preferred. Willingness to travel within Malaysia and Thailand as required. Why Apply?
