Project Manager - Adm

We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Project Planning Project Planing & Execution-Costs Project Scope Management Project Stakeholder Management and Project Tracking . Additionally experience in Product Lifecycle Management is mandatory. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of projects to ensure timely delivery and within budget Oversee project costs and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals Provide clear project scope management to ensure all deliverables are met Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and manage their expectations Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant parties Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution Identify and mitigate risks to prevent project delays or failures Facilitate regular project meetings to keep all team members informed and aligned Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and outcomes Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Requirements Must have extensive experience in Project Planning and Project PL & Execution-Costs with Government and/or Public Sector Should possess strong skills in Project Scope Management and Project Stakeholder Management Must be proficient in Project Tracking and have a keen eye for detail Experience in Product Lifecycle Management is essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project needs Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project objectives Excellent organizational and time management skills Familiarity with project management tools and software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. Able to start within short notice Certifications Required PMP Certification or equivalent is required. Certification in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus.
