Job Summary We are seeking a skilled air conditioning technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The role involves diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of air conditioning units to provide comfortable environments for our clients in Singapore. Responsibilities Install air conditioning and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial settings to ensure optimal cooling performance Maintain air conditioning units by cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating moving parts to prevent breakdowns Repair mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems using specialized diagnostic tools and equipment Inspect HVAC systems to identify and resolve mechanical problems, ensuring safety and compliance with building codes Provide technical advice and guidance to customers on system operation and maintenance for improved user experience Maintain accurate service records and prepare detailed reports to document work performed and system status Collaborate with team members to complete installation and maintenance projects efficiently and effectively Stay updated on the latest HVAC technology and industry best practices to enhance service quality Work safely in confined spaces and at heights, adhering to safety protocols and compliance standards Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and customer expectations Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure understanding and satisfaction Required competencies and certifications Valid driver’s license Proven experience as an air conditioning technician or in a similar role Strong understanding of electrical systems and refrigeration cycles Good physical condition to work in confined spaces and at heights Preferred competencies and qualifications Technical certification or diploma in HVAC or related field Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications (e.g., EPA certification) Other Information N/A
