Job Description We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children presenting with various developmental, sensory, motor, and socio-emotional challenges. We deeply value therapist well-being and clinical quality. To ensure you have ample time for documentation, case planning, and parent engagement, your active caseload will be strictly capped at a maximum of 10 to 12 patients. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive standardized and clinical assessments for children with diverse developmental needs. Develop, implement, and review individualized intervention plans to improve children's sensory processing, motor coordination, cognitive-perceptual skills, and daily living activities. Provide engaging, child-centered therapy sessions (one-on-one or small groups). Partner closely with parents, caregivers, and teachers to provide actionable strategies for home and school environments. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, progress reports, and case notes. Requirements Registration: Must hold Full Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (recognized by AHPC). Experience: Prior experience in a pediatric setting (private clinic, early intervention center, or hospital) is highly preferred. Availability: Able to commit to a part-time schedule that includes at least a day on the weekend (e.g., Saturday or Sunday). Exact weekday hours are highly flexible and open to discussion. Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine love for working with children and their families.
