Project Coordinator

Job Summary You will supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical (M&E) implementations at project sites, ensuring safety compliance and effective communication with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to achieve timely project completion. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily M&E implementations at project sites to ensure smooth progress and quality outcomes Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to resolve issues and align project objectives Participate actively in project and site meetings to provide updates and contribute to decision-making Enforce site safety by applying Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) procedures and adhering to industry regulations Manage project tasks to ensure timely implementation and completion Work independently with self-motivation to meet project goals and deadlines Preferred competencies and qualifications Apply basic knowledge of AutoCAD to support project planning and site coordination Possess a minimum of ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels or NITEC qualification Hold a Class 3 driving license (a plus) Other Information Contract duration: 2 years, renewable or convertible to permanent Work schedule: 5-day work week with night shifts involved Work locations: Islandwide Remuneration based on experience and qualifications Application requirements: Include job title and reference number, current and expected salary, notice period (if applicable), and recent photograph in your resume We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified
