Job Summary Lead the technical vision and team to develop a scalable multi-agent AI platform, driving product innovation, ecosystem growth, and cross-border collaboration to empower solo entrepreneurs. Responsibilities Define and execute the technical roadmap and architecture for a scalable, low-latency multi-agent collaboration platform with robust monetization tracking Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of AI engineers, full-stack developers, and product managers to deliver world-class software solutions Oversee end-to-end product development of core AI agent software, ensuring intuitive user experiences tailored for solo entrepreneurs Drive strategic integration of third-party AI agents by establishing governance, verification standards, and commission models for the developer ecosystem Align regional operations and localized product requirements with global tech talent to maintain rapid execution and delivery Manage P&L responsibilities and design monetization strategies including SaaS, consumption-based, and marketplace commission models Foster cross-cultural communication and collaboration to support a fast-paced, innovative startup environment Required competencies and certifications Master’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical discipline Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, cloud platforms, or advanced intelligent systems, including at least 5 years in executive leadership Proven experience leading teams to build and deploy complex, production-grade software ecosystems or cloud platforms Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, distributed systems, software engineering principles, and familiarity with AI/LLM frameworks or autonomous agent logic Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and design monetization models aligned with corporate strategy Preferred competencies and qualifications Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience to thrive in a pioneering startup environment Exceptional communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills Other Information Monthly Salary SGD $10,000 to $12,000
