Company Overview / Employee Value Proposition CONSTRUCTIONS INDUSTRIELLES DE LA MEDITERRANEE - CNIM SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED Job Summary You will be reporting to the Project Manager as a Project Engineers (Elevator/Escalator), driving project execution and commissioning to ensure timely and successful delivery. Responsibilities Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers, main contractors, sub-contractors, architects, consultants, engineers, and suppliers to ensure project milestones and commissioning are achieved successfully Lead site meetings and perform thorough site inspections to monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly Manage project schedules and resources to ensure smooth operations and on-time project completion Adapt to and execute additional duties as assigned by Management to support project goals Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrated experience working on elevator/escalator projects at MRT work sites Proven ability to manage modernization projects for escalators Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Positive and proactive work attitude
