About Core Fitness Singapore Core Fitness is a private physiotherapy clinic and Pilates studio operating as a single integrated practice, a model we have pioneered and refined since 2011. Based on Orchard Road, we serve a discerning clientele of professionals, expats, seniors looking to stay active, and adults seeking serious, expert-led care for their musculoskeletal health. Every session, across every service, is one-to-one. What sets us apart is the seamless integration between our physiotherapy and Pilates teams. Both operate within a shared clinical environment, with shared context on every client. Cross-referral is standard practice, not an exception. A patient who stabilises under physiotherapy transitions naturally to our Pilates instructor team for progressive movement training and long-term maintenance. A Pilates client who presents with pain moves straight to physiotherapy without ever leaving the practice. This continuity of care is something our clients feel deeply, and something our clinicians take genuine pride in delivering. Our physiotherapists are AHPC-registered and trained in Polestar Pilates, applying it clinically within treatment as Clinical Pilates. Our Pilates instructors are Polestar-certified rehabilitation specialists. The standard across both teams is credentialled, considered, and consistently high. We are a small, experienced team operating at the premium end of Singapore's private healthcare segment.
