Visit www.corecraft.sg Job Summary Manage project tenders and contracts with a focus on Pre Tender cost estimation. Other duties include contract administration to support construction projects. Responsibilities Take care of MEP scope in tender; namely ACMV, Fire alarm and prevention, plumbing and sanitary, Electrical Prepare detailed BQ and costing for contracts and tenders to support project bidding and execution Administer contract documentation and processes throughout pre- and post-tender phases to maintain project control Liaison with other function within the company to facilitate tender submission in time. Apply Revit, AutoCAD, and drafting skills to produce technical drawings that meet project specifications Work independently with meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure quality and compliance Communicate effectively in English to interpret contract practices and coordinate with project stakeholders Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 8 years of combined industrial and commercial experience in MEP fields Knowledge of MEP and specialize in either Mechanical or Plumbing or both Knowledge of tender contracts and project tender processes Non Singaporeans with vast Singapore working experience are welcome to apply Attention to details and meticulous in work preferred Mature and hard working Other Information Please state your expected salary in your application.
