Job Summary Lead the full lifecycle implementation and optimization of business applications to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction in a fast-paced fintech environment. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end implementation of business applications, ensuring alignment with business and client goals Optimize business applications to improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design and deliver tailored business application solutions Provide technical expertise and support during deployment and ongoing maintenance of applications Act as the primary liaison for clients on business application solutions, addressing their needs and concerns Identify and recommend scalable improvements and innovative features for business applications Monitor application performance continuously and resolve issues proactively to maintain system reliability Stay updated on ICT industry trends and emerging technologies to guide strategic application decisions Required competencies and certifications Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline Minimum 6 years of experience in business applications, information systems, ICT operations, or technology project management Proven ability to manage implementation, deployment, and maintenance of business application systems Strong knowledge of business process improvement, enterprise applications, and system integration Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, external clients, and technology vendors Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
