Currently, we are hiring an Implementation Consultant to implement our software solutions for new clients in Singapore and worldwide. Candidates must be comfortable with occasional travel, sometimes to unfamiliar parts of the world. Our Benefits: 18 days annual leave Corporate Group Insurance coverage including group term life, group accidental death and dismemberment, group hospital and surgical, outpatient clinical, specialist and dental (subject to insurer limits and terms and conditions) Responsibilities: Configure and implement CoreTRM successfully for clients Understand and document client requirements Identify any gaps and determine appropriate solutions Extend the core product using the data model and the scripting extensions Design and configure interfaces to other applications Facilitate and ensure user acceptance Carry out training for end-users Raise change requests for platform enhancements Liaise with CoreTRM product developers to design and test enhancements Follow CoreTRM standards, procedures and policies Provide ongoing support to clients when required Assist in preparation of materials for sales demo or new SOW (Statement of Work) when required Any other ad-hoc duties when required Travel to or based at client sites locally or overseas when required NOTE: This is not an IT (Information Technology) role - this is a CLIENT FACING role that requires consultants to have the relevant business knowledge, speak to clients, understand their business requirements, and work with internal counterparties (Services/IT team if development work is required) to customise our platform to suit clients' requirements. Requirements: Degree in any discipline 0 to 3 years of relevant experience Knowledge of commodity or oil trading is helpful but not mandatory Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Problem solving skills; methodical and logical Believer in systems and business processes Comfortable with overseas travel
