Director / Senior Director (Relationship Manager) Asset Management Company | Singapore We are seeking an experienced and driven Director / Senior Director, Relationship Manager to join our growing asset management platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and expanding relationships with institutional, corporate, and/or high-net-worth clients, while supporting the firm’s broader business development and strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of service and engagement Identify and develop new business opportunities across target client segments and markets Act as a key point of contact for client needs, coordinating with internal investment, product, and operations teams Contribute to the development and execution of client solutions and investment strategies Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates and insights as needed Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements Requirements Minimum 5–15 years of relevant experience in asset management, private banking, wealth management, or institutional sales Strong existing network of investors or institutional clients preferred Proven track record in relationship management and/or fundraising Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * More details will be shared in the interview.
