Corporate Secretary (Junior)

CorpZap is searching for an entry or junior level Corporate Secretary to service its portfolio of over 1000 client companies. On-the-job training will be provided. No prior experience is required. Job scope includes: Incorporation of companies (drafting documents for incorporation and lodging on ACRA). Liasing with account managers for opening of bank accounts. Drafting of documents for corporate changes and lodging on ACRA. Invoicing clients for our services and sending out reminders for overdue payment. Reminding clients of their companies' annual obligations. The ideal candidate must be: Able to communicate effectively with clients. Able to solve problems dynamically. Able and willing to learn and develop proficiency in technical skills. Proactive in finding solutions for clients. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
