Vessel Operations Executive

Job Description: In-charge of assigned vessels' operations, both owned and chartered in Overlooking all running operational matters for the managed vessel Monitor and update vessels movements Manage all post-fixture activities Manage port requirements for vessels quick turnaround Handle freight payment and invoice issuing from Charterers Monitor loading and discharging process and propose opportunity for improvement. Requirements: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Maritime Studies or equivalent At least 1 years working experience in similar industry Required languages: English and Mandarin and liaising with HQ in Guang Zhou. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good negotiation and problem-solving skills Good team player Fresh grad with relevant maritime qualifications is welcome to apply
