Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and reliable Personal Driver to support our Managing Director. This role involves providing safe, punctual, and discreet chauffeur services, primarily transporting the Managing Director for business and work-related engagements across Singapore. The ideal candidate is professional, trustworthy, flexible with timing, and committed to safety and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Safely chauffeur the Managing Director to and from meetings, appointments, and business engagements Plan routes in advance and adjust for traffic conditions to ensure punctual arrival Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition at all times Be on standby and available for ad-hoc trips or schedule changes at short notice Assist with light errands (e.g. picking up documents, parcels, or items) as needed Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of trips where required Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding the Managing Director's schedule and conversations Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly Requirements Valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving licence Clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and highly discreet Flexible with working hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or short-notice requests Basic communication skills in English Prior experience as a personal driver preferred What We Offer Competitive salary package Overtime pay (where applicable) Stable, full-time employment Supportive team environment
