Web Developer

Job Responsibilities Assist in developing informative, landing pages, and e-commerce websites. Maintain and enhance the current clients' websites and e-commerce website. Intranet/Internet website applications and web page content that is mobile responsive (liaising with vendors). The work includes front-end graphic design and appearance, as well as backend technical and structural functionality to ensure applications developed adhere to good cyber security practices. Assist in compilation of website statistics and checking of routine web server health reports. Documentation of applications developed and Internet technology research as required. Ensure the technical feasibility of designs. Optimise websites for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with other team members. Job requirements Skills And Qualifications Diploma in Computer Science / IT / Computer Engineering / Digital Marketing / Design or equivalent. Minimum 1 years of proven work experience as a Web Developer. Proficient in using front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with responsive design, proficient understanding of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility issues and ways to work around them. Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere would be a big plus. Proficienct in WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify would be a big plus. Good knowledge of databases such as MySQL. Willing to learn and adapt to new languages, good attitude, and team player with strong communication skills.
