We are seeking an Account Operations Supervisor – Supplier Enablement to support the onboarding and ongoing management of warehouse suppliers for a key global account. This is an individual-contributor role with end-to-end process ownership and no direct people-management responsibilities. The incumbent will coordinate the full supplier enablement lifecycle, from warehouse agreement administration and systems setup through go-live readiness and ongoing operational support. The role works closely with suppliers and internal teams, including Warehouse Operations, Information Technology, Legal, Sales and Account Management. It requires strong ownership, independent judgement and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Supplier Agreement Administration Coordinate the preparation, review, execution and administration of Warehouse Storage Agreements and related supplier documentation using approved templates and processes. Track supplier liability insurance requirements, insurance certificates and other supporting documentation. Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address agreement-related questions and facilitate timely execution. Escalate contractual deviations, insurance exceptions and legal matters to the appropriate internal Legal or business stakeholders. Maintain accurate and organised records of executed agreements, amendments, insurance certificates and related documentation. Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up with relevant parties to ensure onboarding timelines are met. Supplier Onboarding and Warehouse Management System (WMS) Setup Coordinate the onboarding of new warehouse suppliers in WMS, ensuring accurate account configuration and data integrity. Work with Information Technology, Warehouse Operations and supplier contacts to support WMS, EDI and customer portal enablement. Coordinate the setup and testing of Advance Shipping Notices, warehouse shipping orders and other required system transactions. Support system testing and operational-readiness activities before supplier go-live. Track onboarding milestones, dependencies, risks and outstanding actions. Follow established onboarding procedures and recommend improvements to create a consistent and repeatable supplier enablement process. Prepare and maintain supplier onboarding guides, checklists, process documentation and training materials. Supplier Support and Issue Resolution Serve as a primary operational contact for suppliers experiencing WMS, EDI, portal-access or onboarding-related issues. Investigate and coordinate the resolution of system and operational issues, escalating to Information Technology, Warehouse Operations or other internal teams when required. Keep suppliers and internal stakeholders informed of issue status, actions and expected resolution timelines. Track recurring issues, identify root causes and recommend process or system improvements. Support suppliers during go-live and post-implementation stabilisation. Maintain accurate records of supplier enquiries, issues, resolutions and follow-up actions. Stakeholder and Process Management Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Warehouse Operations, Information Technology, Legal, Sales and other internal stakeholders. Provide regular updates on supplier onboarding progress, risks, system readiness and outstanding issues. Support programme reporting and maintain accurate onboarding and supplier-support data. Build effective working relationships with supplier contacts and internal stakeholders. Independently manage assigned supplier accounts and deliverables. Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives relating to supplier onboarding, systems enablement and operational support. Qualifications and Experience Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline. Approximately three to five years of relevant experience in contract logistics, warehouse operations, supplier onboarding, account implementation, systems support or a related field. Practical experience working with Warehouse Management Systems. Familiarity with EDI processes, customer portals, system interfaces or warehouse transaction flows. Experience supporting supplier or customer onboarding, system implementation, testing or go-live activities would be advantageous.
