Asst Sales Manager (Freight / Forwarding)

Responsibilities: Cold – Calling to prospective clients To promote Crystal Freight Services – Ocean / Air / Total Logistics Services. Plan and propose solutions to meet customers business objectives Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business. Establish strong customer base Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship through regular calls and customers meetings. Handle customer complaints and provide corrective actions promptly. Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables. Source and develop client referrals. Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting to HOS. Perform any other job-related duties assigned by HOS Contributing to the development of marketing strategies. Achieve set sales targets and ensure all business transactions meet P&L objectives Hunter Role Any other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or SPM Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Air or Sea freight forwarding (Must) Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English communication. Possess own transport Working hours: 5 Days Work Week Monday to Friday - 8.45 AM to 6.15 PM Salary (commensurate with experience): Attractive Commission Package Performance Bonus 14 Days Annual Leave Medical Allowance (IHP)
