Finance Executive (Accounts Payable, Fixedasset, Inventory Management) - 5 Days Work Week

Duties & Responsibilities Report to Senior Finance Manager Handles Accounts Payable (2 entities) Match Supplier invoices with Purchase orders/delivery order and prepare payment vouchers Maintain and upkeep of Accounts payable invoices, debit/credit note Allocate GL account codes to invoices and input into accounting system Project allocations of invoices Monitor and review supplier ledgers as well as creditors control account Handles Accounts payable ageing analysis report Prepare month-end reconciliations, prepayments,fixed assets reclassification Coordinate with operations admin and quantify month end costs to be accrued. Perform Bank Reconciliation and settlements among respective bank accounts. Assist with Inventory Management and continuous improvement in the processes Streamline Accounts Payable process and work with procurement team and vendor to transit to digital invoices Participate in improvement projects. InvoiceNow UAT testing and facilitate vendor adoption of InvoiceNow Assist with audit and other tasks as assigned Qualifications Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent At least 3 years of relevant working experience Experience in ERP system will be an added advantage Proficient in MS excel Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Positive and can-do attitude, willingness to learn and work collaboratively with people at all levels Meticulous in work and attention to detail
