Asst Landscape Manager

Job summary To supports the overall management of daily operations, team supervision, client communication, horticulture, and project execution. Job description Key Roles & Responsibilities Conduct arboriculture visual tree assessments and submit reports Lead, brief, and supervise landscape crews on daily operations and improvement projects. Design and implement planting plans, including preparing bills of quantities. Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices when necessary Prepare tender documents, evaluate submissions, and participate in tender interviews. Conduct daily inspections of landscape maintenance and improvement works. Ensure all work complies with workplace health and safety standards. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related discipline. Must be ISA Certified Arborist or Diploma or degree in Arboriculture Minimum 5 years of strong technical experience in horticulture, with hands-on expertise. Proven leadership in managing landscape crews and clients Strong knowledge of arboriculture practices, plant health care, and landscape planning. Ability to manage budgets and projects effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with landscaping team and client
