Draftsman

Roles and Responsibilities: Develop construction drawing to shop drawings with sections and elevations Prepare Combined Services Drawing and Reflected ceiling plans Review and analyse clashing and penetrations of MEP services Ensure compliance of quality standards in CAD/BIM drawings Prepare as-built drawings including OMM preparation and submission Modify and revise the drawings accordingly. Documentation and update all drawings Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team Participate in project meetings as required Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical or Electrical, Architecture, CAD/BIM or equivalent. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Meticulous and sensitive with numbers. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Autocad
