Training Manager (Armour Simulation Centre)

Oversees the overall service quality, staff performance, and day-to-day operations of the Armour Simulation Centre. Responsible for managing customer relationships, developing training plans, and ensuring the efficient use of facilities and personnel. Requires the ability to exercise substantial decision-making authority and manage multiple customers and training support services. Must be available to work shifts, after-office hours, and potentially travel overseas for short terms.
