JobSummary: Ourproduction plant is looking for a butcher who has excellent knife-handlingskills that can manage meat cutting /trimming /slicing /mincing of raw meatproducts, enthusiastic about butchery and ready to contribute to the productionteam. KeyResponsibilities: · Portioncutting, trimming, mincing, making meat patties, processing of meat productsthrough operating meat-cutting machinery · Ensure all meat isprepared fresh and is of the highest quality · Strictly adhere to standardsafe work procedures, specifications, method when working in production plant · Maintain a clean andorganised work area, ensure cleanliness of equipment and tools, adhering tohygiene and safety standard · Assist in all meat preparationas instructed and ensure wastage is minimised · Collaborate with theteam to meet production forecast · Performother related ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor/reportingmanager Requirements: · Experience in butchery and some knowledge ofdifferent meat cuts · Knowledge of operatingmeat processing equipment is required, including grinders and slicers · Goodteam player, submissive and punctual in attendance · Physicallyfit to work in a cold room environment for 8 hours, 5.5-day work week · Strong to carry load around 10kg of product · Working hours: 7.30am to 4.30 pm | Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 11.30 am | Saturday Job Highlights: · ProgressiveLeave Scheme · Fast-Paced,Passionate and Energetic Work Culture · GroupMedical & Hospitalization Insurance · FlexiWellness Plan · StaffCard Discount Program
