Physiotherapist

The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality physiotherapy services through home-based sessions. Key Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment and exercise programs. Conduct home-based physiotherapy sessions, ensuring effective and safe treatment delivery. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Requirements: Degree in Physiotherapy or relevant qualification. Ideally at least 2 years of clinical experience in Singapore. Valid practicing license. Able to work independently and manage home-based sessions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
