Student Care Teacher Assistant

Work Arrangement Days: Monday - Friday Time (Regular day): 12.30pm-4.30pm / 1.30pm-6.45pm Time (MOE holidays): 7am - 7pm (shifts available) Location: Thomson Plaza / Bukit Timah Plaza Commitment: M inimum 4 days a week, minimum of 6 months Job Description Supervise students with their daily routines, including meal time, homework supervision, academic learning and recreational activities Provide care, guidance and support to primary school children outside of their school hours Assist the main teacher with classroom management Assist in organising and delivery of holistic programmes (both indoor and outdoor) Create a safe, nurturing and positive learning environment for students Accompany children home on the school bus after school Other adhoc duties as required Job Requirements Min. Diploma in any discipline Able to coach primary school subjects adequately Strong communication skills Genuine interest towards guiding and nurturing children Undergraduates are welcome to apply Prior experience in student care and/or enrichment setting would be an advantage
