Senior Facilities Engineer

Responsible for the management and maintenance of M&E facilities in the MOE Building, including overseeing day-to-day operations and improvement works. The role involves managing outsourced contractors and attending monthly employer meetings to ensure minimal disruption to building operations. Requires a degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least eight years of experience in high-rise office building M&E systems. Candidates must possess practical knowledge of air conditioning and electrical systems and be capable of troubleshooting breakdowns.
