Assistant Building Manager

Oversees hard and soft facilities management services, acting as the primary point of contact for tenant management and subcontractor scheduling. Serves as the Senior Fire Safety Manager to ensure full compliance with SCDF regulations and emergency response protocols. Requires expertise in building operations, fire safety management, and workplace safety and health standards. Must be capable of managing tenant fit-outs, conducting incident investigations, and coordinating event safety checks.
