Technical Executive

Supports the day-to-day implementation of policies and workplace services to ensure a well-maintained building and campus environment. Manages facility operations including janitorial, engineering, and general maintenance while coordinating with tenants and vendors. Requires an Associate's degree in facilities management or a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial or industrial real estate. Proficiency in financial management, CMMS, and building management systems is preferred.
