Manager / Senior Manager (Industry Enablement), Industry Division

Role In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders including government agencies, institutes of higher learning, business associations, venture capitalists as well as cybersecurity companies. You will partner with the national CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth Collaboration Centre (TIG Centre) to drive cybersecurity innovation, and bolster Singapore’s reputation as a trusted digital hub to advance cybersecurity as an economic driver for Singapore. Responsibilities 1. Develop and Implement Ecosystem Programmes • Develop and implement industry programmes together with the TIG Centre to strengthen Singapore's cybersecurity ecosystem. • Support the growth and scaling of cybersecurity startups and companies. • Develop market access and internationalisation initiatives to help Singapore companies expand overseas. • Establish programme objectives, performance indicators and success metrics to measure programme delivery and outcomes. 2. Provide Programmes Oversight and Governance • Manage approved TIG Centre programmes to ensure effective delivery and accountability. • Provide operational oversight of programme delivery. • Track programmes’ performance indicators. • Monitor budget utilisation and grant disbursement. 3. Build Ecosystem Partnership • Work with TIG Centre to develop partnerships with external stakeholders (both local and international) to support programme delivery and unlock opportunities for collaboration and ecosystem growth. 4. Establish Market Understanding and Visibility • Keep abreast of cybersecurity industry development and technological trends to support programme development and industry engagement. • Stay abreast of cybersecurity industry developments, technology trends, market opportunities and emerging cyber threats. • Build and maintain awareness of startup ecosystem development, investment trends and key cybersecurity hubs globally. • Provide management with updates and insights on market development and ecosystem trends. 5. Administrative Support and Coordination • Provide secretariat support to relevant committees and workgroups, and staffing for overseas business missions, outreach activities, and events, where necessary. Requirements • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines. •At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in industry development, startup innovation ecosystem development, enterprise development, public policy, or programme management. •Strong communication and analytical skills, both in presentations and written formats •Strong programme and budget management •Good interpersonal and organization skills •Self-driven and resourceful, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team If you share our passion to make a difference in the cyber security landscape, take up the challenge and apply now.
