Procurement Executive

Roles and Responsibilities Participate in procurement functions including sourcing, negotiation and purchasing based on team needs. Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure alignment with technical and commercial requirements. Implement and support procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency and supply reliability. Manage vendor onboarding, compliance and performance monitoring. Address supply chain, quality, delivery and commercial issues. Drive procurement process improvements and adoption of best practices. Leverage digital procurement tools to enhance automation and reporting. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project and operational needs. Guide and support Procurement Assistants through knowledge-sharing. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably within M&E, Construction or Marine industries. Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and tender support. Good commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Familiar with procurement systems and digital workflows. Proactive, structured and team-oriented.
