Senior Designer (AI-Powered Banking Platforms) Location: Singapore About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer to lead the design of next-generation AI-powered banking platforms. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in solving complex enterprise challenges and creating intuitive user experiences powered by AI. You will work at the intersection of: Human-AI Interaction Design Enterprise UX Data Visualization AI-Assisted Workflows Banking Operations Knowledge Management Systems This role goes beyond traditional UI design. You will transform complex banking data, AI-generated insights, workflows, and operational intelligence into intuitive, explainable, and visually compelling user experiences that empower enterprise users. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product design activities from discovery and user research through design, prototyping, and delivery. Translate complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive, user-centered experiences. Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces. Create interaction patterns and design solutions across multiple enterprise applications and platforms. Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and design standards to ensure consistency and scalability. Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. Design data-rich interfaces that effectively communicate complex information and AI-driven insights. Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business, technical, and operational requirements. Contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled user experiences, ensuring transparency, usability, and explainability in AI interactions.
