About this role
This senior strategic leadership role is responsible for driving company growth, value creation, and long-term strategic initiatives, including identifying, evaluating, and executing potential mergers and acquisitions and new investment opportunities. The leader will also support fundraising, drive exit strategies for portfolio companies, and manage existing investments while serving as a strategic advisor to the board and senior leadership.
Candidates must have a background in Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance, or Venture Capital, with experience in deal execution, acquisition, and divestment. Experience with growth-stage SaaS companies, companies that have completed an IPO or strategic sale, and operating within scaling organizations is beneficial.
