About this role
Job description: Manage end-to-end asset inventory from forecasting,procurement, allocation and reclamation. Responsible for continuous review and improvement of theon and off-boarding process for greater effectiveness and efficiency. Accountable and responsible for administrative tasksrelated to on-boarding and off-boarding such as: 1) Joiner documentation and tracking 2) Asset allocation and tracking 3) Leaver documentation and tracking 4) Monitoring of issuance and revocation of access pass,laptops, LAN IDs and application access 5) Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports related to the onand off-boarding process 6) Liaise with hiring managers and other PMOs for logisticsrelated the on and off-boarding process Responsible for fixed asset tracking tasks such as changein asset ownership, cost centre and fixed asset inventory stock take. Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing and Procurementteam to raise purchase requests for business cards, stationary, aircon andother property related issues. Manage and support floor logistics such as officeequipment, stationary, documentation destruction, sorting of mail, courierservices and approvals for division head. Maintain seating plans for GMET occupied floors. Requirements: Experience working on SharePoint Page Design andSharePoint Workflow creation Previous work experience managing asset inventory andgovernance Previous work experience in on boarding and off boarding Experience creating reports using data dumps/extractsfrom SharePoint Strong written and oral communication skills Organized, methodical and detailed Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with VLOOKUPand running macros Proficient in using PowerPoint for creating presentationsand reports Able to multitask and handle multiple priorities Able to work independently and in a team Dedicated and hardworking
