Employment Type Full-time / 6- 12 months Contract Singapore Overview We are looking for a Telemarketer to support outbound calling activities for our company’s services. The role focuses on engaging leads provided by the company , clearly explaining our service offerings, collecting relevant information, and maintaining accurate call records — while handling sensitive information professionally and ethically. This role suits individuals who are comfortable on the phone, structured in documentation, and disciplined with data confidentiality . Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling & Engagement Conduct outbound calls to leads provided by the company Use approved call scripts to introduce and explain company services clearly Engage prospects professionally and address basic queries regarding services Escalate qualified leads or enquiries to the relevant internal team Product & Service Understanding Develop a clear understanding of company services in order to explain them accurately Be able to describe service scope, value proposition, and next steps confidently Stay aligned with updated scripts, offerings, and messaging Information Collection & Documentation Record call outcomes, notes, and lead information accurately in CRM or tracking systems Gather required information during calls in a structured manner Ensure data captured is complete, accurate, and relevant for follow-up Data Protection & Integrity Handle all personal and sensitive information with strict confidentiality and integrity Comply with PDPA requirements and internal data protection policies Follow ethical calling practices and avoid misrepresentation Requirements Experience & Skills Prior experience in telemarketing, call centre, sales support, or customer outreach preferred Strong verbal communication skills and phone confidence Able to follow scripts while sounding natural and professional Work Ethic & Attributes Detail-oriented and disciplined in documentation Comfortable with repetitive calling …
