We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Culinary Event & Studio Executive to be the face and operational backbone of our premium cooking studio. In this role, you will bridge the gap between hospitality, event facilitation, and meticulous kitchen logistics. You will be responsible for setting up our corporate team-building sessions, ensuring everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes, and taking the mic to engage, guide, and entertain our corporate clients during their events. Key Responsibilities (Job Scope) 1. Front-of-House: Client Interaction & Event Facilitation Preferably a culinary background of any sort; Must be able to work as a team Strong knowledge of proper food handling, kitchen safety & kitchen hygiene; Good communication skills and organisational skills; Able to work in a fast paced environment; A driven, positive and fun attitude. Basic IT skills and knowledge (words, excel & powerpoint) Must be currently residing in Singapore Emcee & Host: Enthusiastically welcome corporate groups, break the ice, and guide teams through competitive, fun culinary challenges (e.g., Mystery Box , Cooking Challenges ). Client Relations: Act as the primary on-site point of contact for corporate organizers, ensuring premium customer service, handling dietary requests on the fly, and encouraging positive Google reviews. Class Assistance: Work alongside our Lead Chefs to distribute materials, keep the timeline on track, and ensure participants are safe, engaged, and having a blast. 2. Back-of-House: Studio Operations & Logistics Pre-Event Prep: Execute precise portioning, ingredient preparation (mise en place), and equipment setups according to strict digital studio checklists. Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor ingredient stock levels, update digital inventory systems daily, and source ingredients offline or online to maintain cost-efficiency. Studio Hygiene: Maintain pristine kitchen standards by managing dishwashing, station sanitization, and deep-cleaning checklists post-event to ensure the studio is client-ready. Vendor Coordination: Assist in scheduling logistics, tracking supplier invoices, and arranging venue support where necessary. Job Requirements Personality & Communication: Exceptional, vibrant public speaking skills. You must be comfortable addressing crowds of 20 to 60+ corporate professionals with high energy and confidence. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken) to confidently engage with corporate clients and facilitators. Conversational Mandarin/other languages is a strong plus. Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, F&B operations, event management, training, or customer service is highly preferred. (Culinary students or career-switchers with strong execution skills are welcome!). Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of a commercial kitchen environment, including standing for extended hours, lifting ingredient crates, and handling fast-paced kitchen cleanups. Tech Savvy: Comfortable utilizing modern digital tools for daily operations (e.g., inventory management apps, Excel/Google Sheets, and communications). Discipline: A sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of punctuality, and unwavering adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). What We Offer Competitive basic monthly salary.
