Regional Finance Manager

About our client A Singapore-based tech company is looking for a Finance Lead to head their local finance function and partner closely with the group headquarters. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the Singapore finance team, covering accounting, reporting, and tax compliance Own financial reporting for local and overseas entities, ensuring alignment with group standards and local regulations Drive process improvement and system integration initiatives in collaboration with HQ and IT teams Manage cross-jurisdiction tax obligations and regulatory filings Act as the key finance business partner to senior stakeholders and project teams Support strategic planning and provide financial insights for business development Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CA qualification preferred 7–10 years of experience with a strong foundation in Big 4 audit and in-house finance leadership Both external and internal audit experience required Prior experience in tech or gaming company are highly preferred Proven ability to lead a small team and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships If it sounds like your next move, please don’t hesitate to apply.
