ERP Cloud Specialist Consultant

Job Responsibilities: Provide Cloud ERP Project Implementation and Consultancy Services. Plan Project Schedule and Deliverables. Analyze and document customers’ business requirement. Identify, evaluate and propose Cloud ERP Solutions to customers. Setup and Configure ERP Cloud Solutions based on customers’ requirements. Assist in System Integration, Programs Testing and Customize Reports. Conduct Cloud Software Training and Coaching. Work with team members in delivering solutions. Provide post-implementation and helpdesk support. Comply with Cloud ERP Methodology. Maintain high level of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements: Diploma or University Degree in Accountancy, Business, IT or related disciplines. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience of ERP Project Implementation will be an advantage. Basic knowledge of Financial Accounting. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Good consultancy skills and keen in building customer relationships. Able to work in fast pace environment and deliver quality work. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in English is essential.
