About this role

The Sr. Production Associate is responsible for carrying out production activities in compliance with EHS and quality standards while operating machinery. They will also develop and revise standard operating procedures and provide on-the-job training to new hires. Candidates must have a NITEC, Diploma, or Secondary education with 1 to 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience. The role requires the ability to work in rotating shifts and lift objects up to 20kg in a cleanroom environment.
