Senior / Operations Executive

Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and their organizations. Allocate jobs among material handling workers to efficiently manage material segregation & support hands on as needed. Acting as a contact between company and its existing & potential markets. Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets. Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and their organization. Research upcoming market trend & prepare team for successful execution. Perform competitor analysis & strategize with key stakeholders to position the organization ahead of competition. Checking the quantities of goods in stock. Preparing reports and sales displays. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skill. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree or above. Class 3 Driving License & Fork lift license will be an added advantage. Candidate with reasonable english fluency (spoken english) will be considered. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in similar capacity in metal scrap / metal trading industry. 6 day a week, Monday to Saturday; Timing 8.30am until finish.
