Summary We're scaling fast and looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Leader to own campaign performance and develop frontline talent. You'll lead from the front — hitting your own targets while coaching a team of reps to do the same. Ideal for a proven performer ready to step up into leadership. What You'll Do Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales/charity reps to hit campaign targets Drive your own sales performance while developing your team's Run daily briefings, set targets, and track individual and team results Onboard and train new reps, accelerating their ramp to productivity Work closely with management on campaign strategy and headcount growth Maintain standards, accountability, and a positive team culture on the ground What We're Looking For Proven track record in direct sales, field sales, or campaign-based selling Natural leadership ability — you lift the people around you Results-driven, with strong ownership and accountability Excellent communication and people-management skills Comfortable working towards and exceeding targets What You'll Get Fast-track growth as we scale headcount across multiple campaigns Direct mentorship from senior leadership and a stake in building the team High-earning potential tied directly to your team's success Salary: [$2,750 - $4,500 month] Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Sales experience required; leadership experience preferred
