AI Automation & Software Development Specialist

DB Golf Center is one of Asia’s leading golf performance centers, combining coaching, biomechanics, sports science, and technology. We are also developing innovative digital products and educational platforms through 3D Golf Decoded. We are seeking an AI Solutions Developer who can build, integrate, and optimize AI-powered systems, software applications, and business automations that support our operations, marketing, and future digital products. Key Responsibilities AI Development & Automation •⁠ ⁠Build AI-powered workflows and automation systems. •⁠ ⁠Develop custom AI tools using platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other emerging technologies. •⁠ ⁠Create AI agents to assist with content creation, customer support, lead generation, and internal processes. •⁠ ⁠Evaluate and implement AI solutions that improve efficiency and scalability. Software Development •⁠ ⁠Design, build, and maintain web applications, dashboards, and internal tools. •⁠ ⁠Develop software solutions that support coaching, education, and business operations. •⁠ ⁠Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code. •⁠ ⁠Test, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems. API Integration •⁠ ⁠Connect and integrate various platforms through APIs. •⁠ ⁠Automate data transfer between websites, CRM systems, marketing platforms, payment systems, and third-party applications. •⁠ ⁠Ensure reliable and secure data exchange across business systems. Marketing Analytics & Optimization •⁠ ⁠Build reporting dashboards and performance tracking systems. •⁠ ⁠Analyze marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and customer acquisition metrics. •⁠ ⁠Utilize AI tools to improve SEO, content performance, and marketing effectiveness. •⁠ ⁠Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights. Innovation & Product Development •⁠ ⁠Research new AI technologies and evaluate their practical applications. •⁠ ⁠Assist in the development of digital products, online courses, certifications, and membership platforms. •⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities to leverage technology for business growth and customer engagement. Requirements •⁠ ⁠Experience with AI tools, LLMs, and automation platforms. •⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages. •⁠ ⁠Experience with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations. •⁠ ⁠Familiarity with databases, cloud services, and web technologies. •⁠ ⁠Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics. •⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. •⁠ ⁠Ability to convert business requirements into working solutions. Preferred Skills •⁠ ⁠Experience with OpenAI API, Claude API, Gemini API, and AI agent frameworks. •⁠ ⁠Experience with Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms. •⁠ ⁠Familiarity with WordPress, CRM systems, and marketing platforms. •⁠ ⁠Experience building SaaS products, dashboards, or internal business tools. •⁠ ⁠Interest in sports technology, education technology, or performance coaching.
